Soil Moisture Sensor Module
This is a soil moisture sensor or soil humidity sensor designed to help you monitor the water level in soil. With this soil moisture sensor module, you can easily determine when your plants need watering by checking how moist the soil is in your pot, garden, or yard.
Use this moisture sensor module in a home automated watering system, connect it to IoT projects, or simply use it to understand your plant’s watering needs. Installing this sensor and its PCB will have you on your way to growing a green thumb!
This moisture sensor consists of two probes which are used to measure the volumetric content of water. The probes allow current to pass through the soil and measure resistance, which is then used to determine the soil’s moisture level accurately.
