Waveshare Industrial Modbus RTU 8 Channel Relay Module RS485
This is an industrial 8-channel modbus relay module that is controlled by an RS485 bus and uses the Modbus RTU protocol. This 8 channel RS485 relay module features embedded protection circuits like power isolation, ADI magnetic isolation, TVS diode protection, and more, ensuring reliable performance in demanding environments. It also includes a durable ABS enclosure for added safety.
The Modbus RTU relay is extremely simple to use. This modbus relay is an ideal choice for industrial control equipment and applications with high communication requirements due to its fast communication, stability, reliability, and safety. A reverse-proof circuit prevents the module from being damaged by incorrect wiring. The MCU status and signal transceiving status are indicated by 3 LEDs, they are:
LED indicators used:
• STA: MCU indicator, keep flashing when the MCU normally working
• TXD: TX indicator, light up when sending data
• RXD: RX indicator, light up when receiving data
