The module includes 4MB SPI flash and supports multiple interfaces, including SPI, UART, I2C, I2S, PWM, USB Serial, and JTAG debugging.

With a power supply range of 3.0 ~ 3.6V and a wide operating temperature of –40 to 105°C, it is designed for reliable performance in various environments.
